Recover. Rehab. Retrain

My Approach

With a multitude of hands-on manual therapies and techniques available in my ‘toolbox’, I can help you choose the most effective course of action to help you make a full and timely recovery.

Recover

Rest & Repair

Together, I can help you recover after an injury or surgical procedure. Muscles and bones do require time to heal. Sometimes there are specific timelines to adhere to. My aim is to help speed up the recovery process and return you to full physical function and fitness as quickly as possible.

Rehab

Rehabilitation of the condition

I can devise an ongoing plan that helps you rehabilitate your injury and improve your range of movement, muscle firing, functionality and fitness. The 6 Ss of Sport and Training: Strength, Stamina, Suppleness, Speed, Skill, Psyche apply.

Retrain

Restrengthen & Regain Skill

Through my knowledge and experience I can show you how to retrain your body to minimize the risk of re-aggravating your injuries and causing future problems. The 6 Ss of Sport and Training: Strength, Stamina, Suppleness, Speed, Skill, Psyche apply here too, returning you to your normal or improved self.
